At Rebloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward return and refund process.
Returns

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your products.

Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.

Damaged/Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, inform us within 7 days to receive a full refund or exchange.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To request a product exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Wrong Order Placed:
If you've placed an incorrect order, please initiate a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Damaged or Defective Product:
Exchanges are only applicable in the case of damaged or defective items. Please file your exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once approved, your replacement will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days & delivered within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as final sale.
- Products that are opened or used.
